Any person who is required to be registered under KRS.050 for passenger, 6,000 lb. commercial or farm 38,000 lb. gross weight.

Request the Horse Council plate at the County Clerk's office.

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle or 38,0000 lb. farm vehicle owned, leased or provided by employer. The initial cost includes $10.00 which goes to the Horse Council Fund. The renewal cost includes $5.00 which goes to the Horse Council Fund. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
