Who is eligible for this plate?
Any member of the National Fraternal Order of Police is eligible for this plate. Those eligible will have the signature of the National Secretary of the Grand Lodge, National Fraternal Order of Police on their membership card.

Steps Required:
Provide the county clerk with a current membership card issued by the National Fraternal Order of Police.

Decal Expires:
December 31st
Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle owned, leased, or provided by an employer. Surrender plate 30 days after termination. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
