Any member of a local disaster and emergency service organization or volunteer squad in Kentucky

Steps Required:
Provide the County Clerk with written proof of current service as furnished by the County Judge Executive, Mayor or Disaster Emergency Services Coordinator.

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by an employer. Plate must be surrendered 30 days after termination. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
