Who is eligible for this plate?
Any duly elected member of the United States Congress who possesses a vehicle to be registered under KRS186.050 (1) or (3) (A)

Steps Required:
Submit an application to the County Clerk, and then wait to receive notice that the plate is available for pickup.

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by an employer. Plate must be surrendered 30 days after termination. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
